March 29th, 2024 | Ramadan 19, 1445 AH
Assalamu Alaikum Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As we enter the blessed last ten days of Ramadan, may this email find you in the best of health and iman (faith). These are moments of immense spiritual significance, a time when the mercy and blessings of Allah (SWT) are abundant, and the rewards for our deeds are multiplied manifold.
In our weekly newsletter, we are delighted to share with you the latest updates and opportunities within our beloved North Austin Muslim Community Center, tailored especially for these sacred days. It is during this time that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasized the importance of seeking Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree), a night better than a thousand months. As we engage in worship and reflection, let us remember his words:
"Seek it in the last ten nights of Ramadan. For verily, it is during the odd nights, the twenty-first, or the twenty-third, or the twenty-fifth, or the twenty-seventh, or the twenty-ninth, or during the last night."
In these remaining days, we are grateful for the generosity and support of all community members who have sponsored iftars and volunteered tirelessly to make our Ramadan activities a success. Your contributions have brought warmth and nourishment to our gatherings, fostering a spirit of unity and brotherhood/sisterhood within our community.
As we continue to strive in worship and good deeds, we encourage you to share your thoughts and feedback with us. Your insights are invaluable in shaping the experiences and services we offer at our masjid. Together, let's make the most of these precious moments and strive to draw closer to our Creator.
May Allah (SWT) bless you abundantly for your efforts and grant you success in all your endeavors during these last ten days and beyond.
Warmest regards,
North Austin Muslim Community Center (NAMCC)
