No Better Day to Allah than Today
Do this on the Day of Arafat
As these ten blessed days of Dhul Hijjah draw to a close, today is a day known to have no equal in the sight of our Creator - The Day of Arafat.
"No day is better to Allah than the dayof Arafat."
Sahih Ibn Hibban 3853
And what is the magnificence of this day?
"Allah descends to the lowest heaven and He boasts to the inhabitants ofthe heavens about the inhabitants of the earth, saying: Look at My servants, appearing disheveled and dusty. They came from every mountain pass hoping for My mercy. They do not see My punishment, yet they do not see that on no day are more saved from Hellfire than the day of Arafat__."

Ibadah (worship) Recommendations
Even if we are not among the blessed pilgrims on Hajj, we can still seize the immense blessings of this sacred day. Let our hearts echo the earnest pleas of those standing on the plains of Arafah, calling upon Allah the Exalted for His mercy and forgiveness.
Engage your limbs, tongue, and heart in sincere worship:
Send abundant salawat (blessings) upon the Beloved Prophet
Recite, listen to, or reflect on the Quran
Engage in constant dhikr (remembrance of Allah) [Muwasala has compiled a list that you can use]
Pour your heartout in dua, calling upon Al-Mujb, the One who Responds.
The Prophet said: The best supplication is that which is made on the Day of Arafah. [Tirmidhi 3585]
Dont forget to repeat this powerful prophetic dua often:
La ilaha illAllahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa `ala kulli shayin qadir
There is no God but Allah alone, without any partners, unto Him belongs the dominion and all praise, and He has power over all things.
We pray that Allah the Exalted grants us all the blessings of this day withthe gift of eternal goodness in the Afterlife. Ameen.
