Last Saturday, we gathered not just to say thank you, but to celebrate the heart and soul of our community: our volunteers.

From Ramadan iftars to qiyams, every corner of SALAM is touched by your care. And last Saturday, we wanted you to feel just how deeply appreciated you are.

We laughed, shared stories, and highlighted the journeys of volunteers who started with a simple yes and are now leading, teaching, and growing with us. Your dedication is shaping what SALAM is and what it can be.

Special congratulations to our honorees, Br. Loqman Khemici and Sr. Shafika Mangal, for their years of selfless service. May Allah reward them and all of you with endless barakah.

This community doesnt run on events, it runs on people. And last Saturday reminded us that with hearts like yours, we can keep building something beautiful, together.

Through Mufti Abdul Wahab Waheeds captivating storytelling, From the Dream to the Throne brings the powerful journey of Prophet Yusuf (AS) to lifeuncovering timeless lessons on resilience, faith, and dignity that speak to the trials we face today, from family hardships to the pursuit of integrity and forgiveness.

Join us for an unforgettable 8-week summer experience! The Taqwa Internship Program is designed to empower young Muslims through purpose-driven leadership, hands-on projects, and meaningful mentorship, rooted in Islamic values.
