Course Description
This course, Practical Islamic Spirituality, is a hands-on exploration of the Islamic science of purifying the heart (tazkiyah). Rooted in the timeless teachings of Imam Ghazalis The Beginning of Guidance, this course will provide practical tools to overcome inner challenges such as greed, envy, and impatience, while cultivating virtues like gratitude, patience, and selflessness.

The course will focus on actionable steps to deepen your connection with Allah and improve personal and social relationships.

Timings: Wednesdays, 5:45-6:45 P.M. PST

About the Instructor:
Shaykh Tameem Ahmadi is a renowned scholar with extensive expertise in Islamic spirituality and purification of the heart. After completing the distinguished dars nizami curriculum and receiving the shahadah alimiyya, Shaykh Tameem dedicated himself to the study of tazkiyah and tarbiyah under one of the most honorable spiritual masters of our time.

Currently based in Northern California, Shaykh Tameem is an active educator, counselor, and mentor, serving communities with his teachings in tafsir, hadith, fiqh, aqidah, and spiritual sciences.
