Weekly Programs at ICCWG
Being Muslim
This class is designed for anyone new to, recommitting to, or interested in Islam. The program will cover the basics of Islamic theology and practice, in addition to providing a space to reflect together on the experience of being Muslim in our context today. Topics include Islamic faith, worship, the Qur'an, seeking knowledge, the life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Islamic lifestyle, and more. We will be working with the book Being Muslim: A Practical Guide by Asad Tarsin. All participants will be provided with a copy of the book

Khatira after Isha
Join us every Thursday night after Isha for short and sweet reminders about our beautiful religion, from the Imam. We will explore a variety of relevant topics focused on spiritual and community development. There will also be time for Q&A each week. Refreshments will be served.

Join us every Saturday night after Isha for new program focused on learning about Allah through his beautiful 99 names, also known Al-Asma Ul Husna. This class will be led by Imam Basheer Bilaal. Refreshments will be served.

Do you need religious advice or guidance? Are you going through something and need to talk to someone? Imam Basheer Bilaal is available for one-on-one meetings with community members to provide religious and spiritual counseling. Meetings are private and strictly confidential.
