Eid Prayers & Celebration

Perform your congregational Eid prayer at MYCP with your community and enjoy a community breakfast and activities for children after the second prayer. Please  if you would like to sign up to bring an item for the Eid breakfast! Thank you.

Zakat ul-Fitr

Zakat-ul-Fitr (Fitrana or Sadaqa-ul-Fitr) is a compulsory act of charity that all Muslims must pay at the end of Ramadan. The purpose of this payment is to act as a purification of the fasting from useless and obscene talk and allow those in poverty to take part in Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations.

Zakat-ul-Fitr amount this year is $15 per person.
