Imam Ghazali and Prayer
Daily Ramadan Livestreams on Youtube at 6pm EDT
Ramadan 2024
Tonight could be Laylatul Qadr where your one good deed can fill a lifespan.
As Muslims, we are called to emulate the teachings and character of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, in every facet of our lives. One of his most beautiful hadiths from Bukhari and Muslim states: "None of you will have faith until he loves forhis brother what he loves for himself."
It underscores the significance of extending kindness and concern beyondourselves, urging us to open our hearts and hands to those striving to draw closer to Allah the Exalted.
If your heart is ful****l from the impact of this beautiful religion, please give to spread that love into the lives of others. Look at how many hearts are being softened towards Islam due to the resiliency of our brothers and sisters in Gaza. SubhanAllah!
Bring hearts to Islam with a donation
Our students have benefitted from the kindness and generosity of our donors. Here's what they have to say from taking our classes:
- My iman hasincreased immensely. I believe now with greater certitude__.
- [Gave me] more clarity in my identity as a Muslim.
- Continuing to see that Islam is really inclusive__. In fact way more than the other religions of the book. I pray that people learned that about Islam.
- Honestly, I enjoyed this class from the beginning to the end, [and] these classes inspire me to be a better person and a betterMuslim__.
Let Ramadan witness the generosity of your heart.

Read Imam Ghazali's Inner Dimensions of Islamic Worship
Recommended from Ustadh Tariq to prepare oneself for Ramadan.
Elevate your prayer on this night by reading and reflecting on the work of the great Imam Ghazali as he leads the reader in a most powerful and inspiring way to enhance the inner quality of their worship.
Here's a short excerpt from p.47
Then you go down in prostration. This is the highest level of submission, for you are bringing the most precious part of your body, namely your face, down to meet the most lowly of all things: the dust of the earth...When you place yourself in this position oflowliness, you should be aware that you belong there. You are restoring the branch to its root, for of dust you were created and to dust you shall return.
