We would like to inform and notify you that the Annual MCA General Body meeting for Hijri Year 1446 will be held in the Khadijah Banquet Hall at the following date and time:

Date: Saturday, June 29, 2024**.
Time:** 5:00 p.m. 8:00 PM p.m. Roll Call Will be at 5:15 p.m.

If the 10% quorum requirement is not met, the Joint Session of the Boards will decide on any agenda item that is planned to be voted on during this meeting, except those requiring a special majority vote, as stated in the constitution.

Agenda - Q&A Format:
Inshallah we will send the full presentations in advance to be reviewed , will gather questions in advance, and each Board will spend the majority of their presentation addressing as many pre-submitted questions as they can.
