MAPS Toy Drive for Seattle Children's Hospital - One Week Left!
Assalamu Alaykum, May peace be upon you,
There's only one week left to donate to MAPS' Toy Drive for Seattle Children's Hospital and we still need 100+ more gifts! Don't miss out on this opportunity to earn reward in Ramadan and to make Eid special for kids at SCH!
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Give each other gifts and you will love each other.”
MAPS is proud to announce its continued partnership with Seattle Children's Hospital to bring joy and happiness to young patients during Ramadan and Eid. Our community will be donating 300 toys to children at two different Seattle Children's locations, with the aim of making this year's Eid a memorable one for all. Eid is a universal and beautiful tradition that has been celebrated for hundreds of years, and we are honored to share this tradition with the children at Seattle Children's Hospital.
We kindly request the support of our community to ensure the success of this program once again this year:
- Please purchase 1 or 2 gifts (max price of $30) from the approved list below
- Either, drop the gifts at MAPS Library before March 30th; or
- Have Amazon deliver the gifts to MAPS before March 30th [address: ATTN: HAFSA AZAZ, 17550 NE 67th Ct, Redmond, WA 98052]
Please do not send or drop the gifts directly to Seattle Children’s.
We will collect all gifts and distribute them with Seattle Children’s staff on:
- Wednesday, April 3 from 2pm – 5pm in the Odessa Brown Othello Clinic lobby
- Thursday, April 4 from 12pm – 3pm in the hospital lobby (main entrance)
