Dear valued member of our community,

As salaam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

I hope this email finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you today on behalf of our mosque community to urgently appeal for your support in replacing our two broken HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) units.

As you are aware, our masjid serves as a sanctuary and gathering place for our community, providing a peaceful environment for prayers, spiritual growth, and various community activities. However, our HVAC system has recently suffered a major breakdown, leaving our mosque without proper heating and cooling in our lobby, library, masjid office, Imam's office and bathroom areas.

The replacement cost for these units is $25,000. We understand that this is a significant amount, but we believe that with the collective support of generous individuals like yourself, we can overcome this challenge together.

We would like to emphasize that all donations made towards this cause are tax deductible. By taking advantage of the 2023 year-end tax deductible donation, you can make a positive impact on our community while also benefiting from potential tax advantages. Your contribution will not only help restore the comfort and safety of our mosque but also enable us to continue providing essential services and programs for our community.
