It is with deep sadness that we inform you about the passing of the parents of two members of our community today.

Br. Asghar Ali Taj, father of Sr. Sadaf Mirrani and father-in-law of Dr. Ghazi Mirrani, passed away in Pakistan.

Sr. Muneer Fatima, mother of Dr. Ather Mansoor and mother-in-law of Dr. Afreen Subzposh, passed away in Texas. Funeral services will be held at Islamic Association of North Texas (IANT) Richardson, TX 75081.

May Allah (swt) forgive their souls, and grant them the highest place in Jannah, and give patience to the families at this difficult time (Ameen).

Please keep them and the families in your prayers.

Meaning: O Allah, forgive him and elevate his station among those who are guided. Send him along the path of those who came before, and forgive us and him, O Lord of the Worlds. Enlarge for him his grave and shed light upon him in it.
