Salaam Alaikum,

The Annual General Meeting of 2025 will be held on Saturday, February 15th, 2025 and will include the election for the 2025-2027 Executive Committee. Please send nominations for the following positions to [email protected] 15 days before the election per the constitution which would have the deadline of 8:00 CST Friday, January 31st. Prior to nominating, please obtain the permission of the individual(s). There will be no live nominations during the Annual General Meeting unless a nomination has not yet been received prior.
