Assalamu Alaikum Brothers,

This months Menaissance session: A Man and His Burdens: Responsibility, Strength, and Leadership
Details:
Date: Sunday, February 2nd
Time: 9:30am 11:00am
Location: Ibrahim Center, 7563 South Fwy
Men are entrusted with great responsibilities as providers, protectors, and leaders.
The Prophet said:
Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock. (Bukhari & Muslim)
Lifes burdens are not obstacles; they are opportunities. Instead of asking, Why is this happening to me?, ask What is this teaching me? The weight we carrywhether as fathers, sons, husbands, or leadersis not a curse but a blessing. It gives us purpose, discipline, and the chance to grow.
This session will explore:
The core responsibilities of a man in light of Islamic teachings.
How to balance strength, discipline, and faith.
Why carrying responsibility is not a burden, but a path to honor and excellence.
Carry It Well
Having a load to carry is a sign that you have something worth protecting, building, or guiding. The Prophet bore the greatest burdens yet carried them with wisdom and patience.
To Carry It Well means:
Embracing responsibility as part of your divine role.
Facing struggles with dignity, not self-pity.
Leading with strength and faith.
Looking forward to a meaningful discussion.
See you there,
IIC Team
