Eid Bazaar 2024
ZAKAT UL FITR
Zakat-Ul-Fitr paid earlier is better to distribute to needy, as the main purpose of Fitra is to provide the poor with which they can celebrate Eid Al Fitr along with others.
Zakat-Ul-Fitr is recommended at $15.00 minimum per person this year.
This is per every member of your household, regardless of age.
Please pay online or drop your Fitra in the specially marked donation boxes at the center.
Zakat Ul Maal
As one of the five pillars of Islam, Zakat is a religious obligation.
As one of the oldest and prominent Islamic centers in the U.S, MCMC receives a lot of financial assistance requests and we process hundreds of Zakat & Sadaqah applications regularly.
Since the preference is to give Zakat locally to support the immediate community, please
deposit your Zakat obligation & Sadaqah at MCMC for distribution.
You can find Zakat Al-Maal and Sadaqah links here or stop by.
