Ramadan Starts tonight! + Program Updates!

We are pleased to share the news of the starting of the month of Ramadan. The report of confirmed moon sighting has been received from Haramain (Makkah and Madina) and Egypt as well. This means the first day of fasting will be Monday March 11, 2024 inshaAllah!
Taraweeh prayers start tonight! Isha Iqama will be 8:45PM.
May Allah(SWT) accept our siyam, qiyam, and acts of worship. May Allah(SWT) grant us the ability to utilize every precious moment of the blessed month of Ramadan to engage in that which pleases Him. Ramadan Kareem to all.

Please note:
Fajr Iqama will be 20 mins after the start time
Dhuhr Iqama will be 1:20 for the first 15 days and 1:15 for the last 15 days
Asr Iqama will be 5:45 the entiremonth
Maghrib will be 10 mins after the start time
Isha will be 8:45 for the first 10 days and 9:00 last 15 days

Note: There is no community Iftar scheduled on this day. Iftar will be for our guests, people bringing guests and volunteers.

I'tikaf

Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with both of them) reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to observe i'tikaf in the last ten days of Ramadan.[Muslim]
MCMC can accommodate only 10 spots for I'tikaf due to limited space. If anyone is interested in doing I'tikaf - please send an email to [email protected] to reserve your spot. Preference will be given to people who are doing the Sunnah I'tikaf and not going in/out of the masjid
