MCC Parking Update - Dirt Parking no longer available

Assalamu Alaikum, MCC Community,

This is a friendly reminder that, as of today, the dirt parking lot is no longer available for use due to City of San Diego restrictions. Parking is now limited to the paved parking lot and surrounding street parking only. Please plan accordingly when attending Jumaa and other events at MCC.

Please see the following reminders regarding parking:

- For Friday prayers, parking is limited to the paved lot and nearby street parking only. Please allow sufficient time to arrive and find parking before the khutbah and salat begin.
- Take advantage of our two Jumaa prayer times at 1 PM and 2 PM.
- If you attend the first Jumaa, kindly vacate the parking lot promptly to make space for those arriving for the next prayer.
- We ask that everyone adhere to the guidance of our security staff and volunteers to help ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all.

We also take this opportunity to kindly remind those who made a Masjid Expansion Pledge during Ramadan 2024 to fulfill their commitment, if they have not already done so. Alhamdulillah, your support is crucial as we prepare to begin the groundbreaking phase of the Masjid Expansion project in 2025, including the construction of a permanent paved parking lot, inshaAllah.

Jazakum Allahu Khairan for your continued generosity and cooperation. May Allah (SWT) reward you abundantly for your contributions and make this expansion a source of blessings for our entire community.
