MAV 2024 Year-End Donation Receipts Communication

Year end donation receipts can be retrieved in one of two ways, dependent on how the donation was made. Historically MAV has used the Mohid platform, but since Ramadan 2024, we have begun a phased transition to the Zeffy platform. The Zeffy platform allows donors to self-manage transactions and also obtain self-service receipts and reports. All new campaigns since Ramadan 2024 have been conducted in Zeffy.

Method 1: Donation made on Mohid Kiosk or online through Mohid platform

• If you entered a valid email when making the donation, you should have already received a receipt.

• Before January 31, year-end donation summaries will be emailed to the email address on-file for each donor who donated in Mohid platform during 2024.

• This method ONLY applies to donors who have made online/check/kiosk donations using the Mohid system.

Method 2: Donation made on Zeffy Platform (online)

• If you entered a valid email when making the donation, you should have already received a receipt.

• To view/manage all your transactions, you can create an account using the same email address used for the donation at this link: https://www.zeffy.com/login

• Once logged in you can download receipts and manage transactions.

After January 31, if you made a donation in 2024, and neither method above applies or you are unsuccessful, please email [email protected] and [email protected] with the following details for further support.

• Name

• Email Address used for donation

• Phone

• Mailing Address

• Amount of Donation

• Screenshot/receipt (if available)
