You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allh. If only the People of the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient. (3:110)
Assalamu alaikum warahmutallahi wabarakatuh,
Dear respected elders, brothers, and sisters,
I reach out to you regarding important developments around unity in our beloved Yaseen Foundation family. Particularly during times like these, we must find a way to stay strong, united, and together as brothers and sisters. It is why our Beloved Rasulallah, peace and blessing be upon him, stressed the importance of spreading love and peace among the believers.
To work towards unity the Executive Committee has decided to formally announce jummah at all three locations: YBC, YBM, and Sports Complex on our website and other communication channels. We continue to ask worshippers to be mindful of our neighbors while parking and urge latecomers to pray at the Sports Complex.
Our task is far from finished and we will continue working with members of our community to foster harmony in our community. We ask Allah to strengthen our ummah, to keep us guided on the straight path, and to aid us in our endeavors. Ameen.
