As-Salam 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,
The term Tasawwuf is frequently misunderstood or inadvertently misrepresented, leading Muslims to either disregard it as a science altogether or become confused about its objectives, benefits, and its foundation in the Shari'ah and Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah .Â
Masjid DarusSalam in collaboration with Nur Publications will be hosting a two-day workshop discussing what Tasawwuf is, exploring it as the profound science that it is - along with its objectives, and principles - through the lens of Hakim al-Ummah Mawlana Ashraf Ali Thanwis work, Qasdus Sabil ila Mawlil Jalil, available in English as The Straight Path Simplified by Nur Publications.Â
