This single evening class is all about how we can rectify our relationship with the Creator
and with the creation by reviving our heart.
This is going to be a class where we discuss a lot of different practical ways to change the way we interact with and respond to the things that happen in our lives.
She will cover:
-
the difference between having false attachments and true love
-
how the heart is meant to function
-
the purpose that the heart serves
-
how to overcome pain by renewing your relationship with Allah.
We will look at these aspects from a psychological point of view and from an Islamic spiritual point of view.
We hope to see you there in-person, in sha Allah!
