What: Join us on the first Friday of the month for a transformative discussion on combating evil and the ongoing struggle against desire and temptations, tailored for college students and young professionals with Imam Fuad Mohamed, Resident Scholar at MAS Bay Area, will lead this insightful session.

Tackling Depression & Anxiety for Teens
Ages: 1416 years old By Khalil Center Therapists
When: Tuesdays, January 16thApril 2nd, 2024, 6:30 p.m.8:00 p.m. PST
What: A 12-week support group catered for teenagers to work through their depression and anxiety as they face the daily struggles of life.
Where: MCA, 3003 Scott Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95054
Cost: $360 for all 12 sessions ($30/session)
Sat/Sun | Mental Health First Aid
From NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR MENTAL WELLBEING
When: Saturday and Sunday, January 20th & 21st, 10:00 a.m.1:30 p.m.
What: A person you know could be experiencing a mental health or substance use problem. Learn an action plan to help. You are more likely to encounter someone in an emotional or mental crisis than someone having a heart attack. Learn how to help a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor in need. Anyone 18 and older can take mental health first aid. This free training is for individuals who live or work in the County of Santa Clara. We reserve the right to reschedule if there are less than 5 registrants.
