If you have not received your receipts and would like to receive an itemized receipt for donations, please let us know. Some receipts are generated automatically via online donations. Others are created by us from checks, money orders, etc. that are mailed.
Below are two QR Codes and a link where you can request your receipt, update your current contact details (phone number, email address, home address, etc.). Also on the form, if youd like to receive a paper copy of your donations, email copy, etc., you will have that option.
