Today is no ordinary Friday. **It is the only Jumu'ah within the blessed ten days of Dhul Hijjah, which a majority of scholars agree, are the very days of the nights Allah (SWT) swears by in the Quran:
**By the daybreak, and by the ten nights... (Surah Al-Fajr, 89:12).
While there is no limit to closeness with Allah (SWT), there are limited windows, moments so weighty in reward, they call us to act with urgency and sincerity. These days are among them.
As you make your way to Jumu'ah today, take a moment to reflect on the tremendous blessing it is to be a Muslim, to know Allah (SWT), to follow the Prophet (PBUH), and to walk in the light of guidance. One of the most powerful ways we as believers can express our gratitude for this blessing is by sharing it with others.
