Those who spend their wealth in charity day and night, secretly and openlytheir reward is with their Lord, and there will be no fear for them, nor will they grieve. - 2:274
Dear Valued MACA Community,
Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
We want to share this good news through your immense generosity, MACA has raised $48,000 towards our Ramadan fundraising goal of $125,000. Alhamdulillah! However, we still have $77,000 left to go, and with barely 1-2 days remaining in this blessed month, the time for action is now.
Your continuous support has been truly inspiring, and MACA is eternally grateful for your commitment to our beloved institution. But there is still more work to be done, and we humbly implore you to seize this final opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.
If you have not yet donated, [click here] to become an integral part of MACA's mission and secure your reward with the Almighty. Remember, when you give for the sake of Allah (SWT), your reward is guaranteed, and there will be no fear or grief for you.
As the Noble Qur'an states, "Those who spend their wealth in charity day and night, secretly and openlytheir reward is with their Lord, and there will be no fear for them, nor will they grieve." (Al-Baqarah 2:274)
Take advantage of these last precious moments of Ramadan and make an impact that will echo through eternity. You can drop cash and checks at the masjid, mail checks to MACA at 3 Lafayette Ave, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043, or reach out to Br. Mumtaz for card swipe donations. Alternatively, drop the filled-up donation forms in the Masjid dropbox. But if you may prefer to donate quickly, just click on the button below that takes only a few seconds.
In addition to supporting the MACA Ramadan Fundraiser, we encourage you to consider the following donations:
Zakat al-Fitr: Obligatory charity as a means to purify your fasting that must be given out for each member in the household, from infants to the elderly, prior to Eid al-Fitr. Currently pegged at $15 per person at MACA. Click here to donate Zakat al-Fitr. This link will remain active only until Fajr time of Eid al-Fitr.
Zakat (Zakat al-Maal): Annual obligatory charity as a means to purify your wealth, as per the Quran and Sunnah. While MACA accepts Zakat contributions year-round, scholars recommend taking advantage of the immense benefits of donating during Ramadan. Click here to donate Zakat
Sadaqah: Optional, but highly recommended charity. When we open our hearts to aid the needy, Allah (SWT) draws even closer and blesses us abundantly. Click here to donate Sadaqah
By contributing to these various forms of charity, you will not only fulfill your religious obligations but also earn the pleasure of the Almighty during this blessed month.
Together, let us strive to reach our goal and ensure that MACA continues to serve as a beacon of guidance, unity, and spiritual nourishment for our community.
May Allah (SWT) bless your generosity and accept our collective efforts in this Ramadan.
JazakAllah Khayrun.
