Louisville Islamic Center Elections 2024 - Voting.

Dear LIC Active Members
This is your friendly election coordinator again. Unfortunately we have encountered a few issues in the first attempt to conduct the elections:
Issues in previous election ballot:

There was one name missed on the ballot
-
Two names were added on the ballot without confirmation with the nominees and so we are removing those names since they did not want to be on the ballot (lesson learned!! always confirm with the nominee instead of relying on nominations alone)

The election form required to sign in to Google Account and hence people without Google Account could not vote.

The second column with eligible number of family members was incorrect and confusing.
So, we request you to please vote again with the new link provided below. It should take less than 5 minutes to vote. We will really appreciate your vote.
Voting period will end on 4/19/2024.
NOTE: If you cannot use the link above to vote, please send an email to [email protected] with your selections and we will add your vote manually.
Instructions (Please read carefully entire instructions):

If you have donated at least $360 to LIC (via Check, Zelle, Recurring Donations via MOHID), you and your family members (spouse and children over 18 living with you) are eligible to vote.

For each vote, you will select 4 candidates and submit. Then, select submit again from same email account , change the name to next family member and submit again and repeat for all family members. Please do not submit multiple ballots under one name.
