Dear Community Members,

_Assalamualaikum,

Attawheed Islamic Center will be announcing the commencement of Ramadan which will either be on Friday or Saturday based on the sighting of the moon in Makkah in shaa Allah. 

If the moon is sighted on Friday, Taraweeh prayers will start on Friday night with Saturday being the first day of fasting. If not, Saturday night will mark the beginning of taraweeh prayers with Sunday being the first day of fasting.
