Insha'Allah, the 2025 ICM Annual General Body (AGB) Meeting and Board of Trustees (BOT) election will be held on Saturday, June 21, at 10 AM in the ICM Banquet Hall. Your attendance and participation in these proceedings are vital to our community's continued growth and development.
For the Annual General Body Meeting to proceed effectively, we require a quorum of at least 40% of voting-eligible members (those with paid memberships for 2024 & 2025). We kindly request your punctual attendance to help us meet this requirement. Should we fail to achieve quorum, the meeting will need to be rescheduled.
While all community members are welcome to attend this important gathering, please note that only current voting members will be eligible to cast ballots in the BOT election. We look forward to your presence and participation in shaping the future of our community.
