Lexington Family Halaqa
Message from Lexington Family Halaqa:
Assalamualaikum Lexington Family! We're very excited to host everyone at Masjid Bilal [this] weekend to celebrate our rich diversity and appreciate/represent different cultures. It is more important than ever that we stand united through our differences for the sake of the Ummah.
"O humanity! Indeed, We created you from a male and a female, and made you into peoples and tribes so that you may get to know one another. Surely the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous among you. Allah is truly All-Knowing, All-Aware." [Qur'an 49:13]
This will be a poster presentation followed by potluck dinner. Cultural attire is highly recommended! Scan the QR code on the flyer to sign up or click on this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeC3cJXfvnjmJybapYqB0osan7mRvyv-yWOvrbOzC_xrtBCww/viewform?usp=sf_link
