IMPORTANT: Winter Storm Warning
As per the current weather forecast, inclement weather conditions are expected on Friday. Based on the current information, Friday prayers will be held on time, inshaAllah. Please drive safe and give yourself ample time.
Some important reminders:
- Be aware that parking area around the Masjid might still have some snow or ice with slippery spots.
- Though the parking lot is cleaned, we have limited parking capacity due to the accumulation of ice and snow from the recent storm.
- Please carpool and ride together to save parking spots.
- Stay tuned for further updates and any last minute changes depending on the weather conditions.
Intro to Islam Class - Update
The introduction to Islam classes will resume on Monday, January 13th at 6 PM with Dr. Aiyub Palmer.
Note: Masjid Door Unlocks Before Prayer Time
The Masjid doors automatically unlock a few minutes before the Iqama/congregation prayer times.

Join SHARE Kentucky in Serving our Community
We are excited to share some of the work being done by SHARE Kentucky, a Muslim-run nonprofit based in Masjid Bilals first-ever building in Lexington. The organization is committed to uplifting the community through various programs and services, including:
Food B****ank: Providing essential groceries to families in need.
Employment Assistance: Helping individuals find meaningful work and career opportunities.
Community Garden: Growing fresh, local produce to support our neighbors.
Free Lunch Program: Offering meals to those in need every week.
Additionally, theyre currently working to reopen their free clinic, providing medical care to underserved members of the community.
They are seeking passionate volunteers and leaders to join us in making a difference. Whether it is to help with their food bank, support their garden, volunteer as a healthcare provider at the free clinic, or take on a leadership role, they would love to have you on their team!
