Laylat al-Qadr

As-salaam alaikum,

With the blessing of Allah(swt) we are on 27th Night of Ramadan, tonight could be Laylat al-Qadr. The 27th night of Ramadan is widely believed to be Laylat al-Qadr, also known as the Night of Power. This night holds immense spiritual significance as it is believed to be the night when the Quran was first revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

"Indeed, We sent the Qur’an down during the Night of Decree. And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree? The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months." (Quran 97:1-3)

We ask Allah(swt) accept our Ibadah and Forgive our sins.

Alhamdullilah, our masjid will have a special program tonight starting with Iftar for our Youth.

Our Schedule for tonight:

Isha Prayers starting at 9:00pm
Daily Youth Recognition for participation in prayers

5-7 min Bayaan (English & Arabic) after 4 and 8 rakaat
Witr Prayers with Dua in Arabic
Tahajud/Qiyam Prayers at 4:00am
Suhoor and Fajr Prayers

In 2024 we were able to distribute $105,000 of your Zakat Donations to Local Muslim Families (details below).

Please contribute your Zakat-Fitr today which is $15-$20 per person and head of the family is responsible for it. This is a mandatory obligation for all muslims regardless of their income and it is due before the Eid Prayer.
