Alhamdulillah, after 15 years of establishing our community and 11 years since procuring our land, it is with immense joy and gratitude to Allah (SWT) that we announce a historic milestone: The South Denver Islamic Center (Masjid Khadeejah) has secured ALL necessary building and development permits to commence construction!
To commemorate this occasion, we invite you to join us for our groundbreaking ceremony, insha'Allah:

This marks the beginning of a new chapter in our community's journey, one that started with small gatherings in 2008, grew while offering services at various rental facilities, and now, by Allah's grace, will come to fruition as the first purpose-built masjid in South Denver in forty years.
The path to this milestone has been paved with countless duas, unwavering support, and the generous contributions of community members like you. From overcoming legal challenges in 2017 to securing the final permits in 2024, each step has strengthened our resolve and focus toward establishing a permanent home.
Our vision for Masjid Khadeejah extends beyond building a center - it represents an opportunity to build a legacy for generations to come, insha'Allah. May Allah (SWT) reward you abundantly for your support and make this masjid a source of continuous blessing for our community and beyond.
