As we approach the close of another year, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support. Your generosity has been the foundation of our ability to provide a vital space for worship, learning, and community connection. However, sustaining and growing these services requires significant resources, and were counting on our communitys continued strength to meet our annual expenses. Together, we can ensure these essential services flourish.
As our organization experiences rapid growth and diversifies its programs, the appointment of an Executive Director and a Youth Director has become crucial for enhancing our community impact and ensuring our continued success. *The estimated cost for these positions is at least $150,000 and we need your support to make this vision a reality.*
Alhamdulillah ( ), this year has been incredibly productive and inspiring.
Highlights include:
- 500+ weekly Jumuah attendees
- 150+ religious and social programs year-to-date, including halaqas, lectures, family and youth events, workshops, and networking opportunities
- 200+ students enrolled in Sunday School
- 60+ students in the Quran Academy
- 40+ students enrolled in the new Riwaq program
- 15+ shahadas (reverts)
- 2 new committees formed to address community needs: the Elderly Committee and the Young Professionals Committee
Heres a breakdown of our expenditures for 2024: - Salaries and teacher payments: $250,000
- Community programming, events, and guest speakers $100,000
- Utilities: $55,000
- Maintenance: $15,000
- Operating expenses, fees, and subscriptions: $197,000
- Security: $20,000
- Insurance: $13,000
Total projected expenses: $650,000
