ILC Construction Monthly Update

Brothers/Sisters,
 
The construction work has picked up last few weeks due to less cold weather. The basement work has about 50% complete - concrete footings complete, basement walls forms on three sides formed, pouring walls next week, elevator well dug up and concrete poured.
