ISWV Summer Camp Coordinator

The ISWV Summer Camp is immediately seeking a dedicated and organized Camp Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of our 6-week program. The Coordinator will be responsible for supervising camp counselors, processing payroll, planning weekly activity themes, communicating with parents, managing student participation, and ensuring successful day-to-day camp operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of camp counselors
Create and organize weekly themes and activities
Manage communication with parents and respond to inquiries
Oversee student attendance, safety, and engagement
Handle staff scheduling
Ensure smooth daily operations during camp hours

Requirements:

Prior experience working with children
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Excel
Available for all camp dates and planning meetings beforehand

Location: West Valley, CA
Camp Dates: June 24 July 31
Pay: Commensurate with experience
