[ISNRV] Community Reflections on Gaza and Lebanon - This Friday after Maghrib

Assalamu alaikum dear community members,

Join us this Friday between maghrib and isha for a community event to reflect on the ongoing genocide and escalating violence in Gaza and Lebanon. This event will replace our regular Friday halaqa+social (Reflections on the Seerah).

In an effort to better internalize the suffering and severity of the ongoing massacres in Gaza and Lebanon and renew our resolve to help in anyway we can, we will hear reflections from two young community members with family in Gaza and Lebanon and how they (and their family overseas) have coped with the ongoing violence and the lessons they have learned in this difficult year. The program will conclude with prayers for Gaza, Lebanon, and muslims suffering all over the world.

Please note that we continue to collect donations for Palestine and now Lebanon through Venmo (@ISNRV) and Paypal. Please add a note to indicate a donation for these causes.

Please join us as we seek comfort in Allah SWT and in each other during this difficult time for the ummah.
