Just a reminder to please sign up to the Self-Defense class for ladies on January 20th! We have partnered with a professional self defense training company which will be offering a 3-hour introductory workshop for $45 a person (typical price is $65 pp).
Recommended age is 16 years or older
Snacks and water will be provided
