[ISNRV] Ramadan Bazaar, Health Fair, and Halaqa (Saturday February 24th)

Assalamu Alaikum Dear Brothers and Sisters,

This coming Saturday (February 24th) we will have events all day to get our homes, bodies, and spirits ready for Ramadan. Specifically, we will have the following events at the masjid (1284 North Main Street):

Ramadan Bazaar and Kids Ramadan Activities (1-6 PM)
VCOM Health Fair (1-6 PM)
"Making the Most Out of Ramadan" Halaqa (7:30-8:30 PM)

**Ramadan Bazaar:**This year promises a - wide variety of creative and beautiful Ramadan-Related decorations and designs as well as a number of our favorite Ramadan treats and items. Specifically, there will be:

Khyamiah , Lanterns , Incense burners , Special dining table cloth , Prayer rugs, and more.
Ramadan crafts including custom wood and resin Islamic art, custom t-shirts and clothing, and prayer clothing for women.
Halal meat including ground beef, chicken drumsticks, boneless Chicken, and Boneless lamb leg. All meat proceeds go to the ISNRV expansion project.
Ramadan Groceries including dates , apricots paste , Lupine , Subia , Doum palm , Kalamata olive , and more!
High school youth group and middle school youth group will be selling ready-made soup mix (great for suhoor or a quick iftar), cake pops, bookmarks, key chains, free Palestine pins, wood art and more. All proceeds will be used for youth group activities.

Ramadan Kids Activities: The kids activities committee will be organizing a number of fun kids events including Ramadan face painting, a photo booth, goody bags, and special Ramadan pins. To sign up for more general kids activities, please follow this**Link**.

VCOM Health Fair: The VCOM students in our community have generously volunteered to give free health check ups for brothers and sisters as well as advice for a healthful and productive Ramadan insha'allah.

Making the Most out of Ramadan Halaqa: The day will end with a halaqa after isha prayer (7:30 pm) on the many blessings of Ramadan and how to make the most out of it and elevating our spiritual gains and worship during this blessed month.
