[ISNRV] Quranic Connections Program with Sheikh Hassan Abunar

Assalam Alaikum Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We are excited to invite you to the upcoming ISNRV Program on Friday, February 16, where we will host Sheikh Hassan Abunar as a guest speaker.

After the maghrib prayer, Sheikh Hassan will give a speech that will enable us to review our contact with the Quran as we approach the holy month of Ramadan, when the Quran Al-Kareem was revealed, and the program will continue after isha. He will also give Friday khutbahs inshaAllah.

Brief background of the Sheikh:

Sheikh Hassan Abunar received his PhD in Tafseer after completing his bachelor's degree in Sharia and master's degree in Uloom-ul-Quran. He has also memorized, in its entirety, the Holy Quran with the rules of Tajweed and has a very high chain to Rasulullah (SAW) from Mashayikh of Qiraat. He has been one of the Imams of Taraweeh Salah in Masjid al Aqsa for years. He is the Dean of Islamic Studies at Darul Uloom, NY. In addition, he is a regular Judge at the International Quran Competitions around the world, including Dubai International Quran Competition. He served as the Imam of many Islamic centers in the US and Puerto Rico. He has delivered many seminars at various institutionsintheUS.
