Assalamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,

We are thrilled to invite you and your family to join us for the Eid Al-Adha prayer at the Blacksburg Community Center on Sunday, June 16, 2024.

Note: Everyone MUST bring their own prayer mats.

Eid Al-Adha is a joyous occasion for Muslims around the world, marking the culmination of the hajj pilgrimage and commemorating the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to Allah.

Eid Prayer and Program Details:

Date: Sunday June 16, 2024

Time: 8:30 AM

Location: Blacksburg Community Center, 725 Patrick Henry Dr, Blacksburg VA 24060

Program Highlights:

- Takbeer and community gathering starting at 8:30 AM

- Eid prayer starts at 9:00 AM

- A khutba will follow the prayer

- Light refreshments will be provided after the prayer

We encourage everyone to arrive early to find parking and settle in before the prayer starts. Please bring your own prayer mats.
