Excerpts from The Final Day - Day of Resurrection by Dr. 'Umar S. Al-Ashqar, Translated by Nasiruddin al-Khattab.
The Day when the universe will end and the Resurrection and Reckoning occur is known by many names. Scholars have attempted to compile these names. In the above book Dr. Umar S. Al-Ashqar references the fifty names compiled by Al-Ghazaali and Ququbi and the work of Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalaani based on Fath Al-Baari (specifically in volume 11, page 396).

Al-Firdaus Memorial Gardens (AFMG):

Location: AFMG is situated at3845 New Design Road, Frederick, MD 21703123.

Development and Operations: The gardens were developed by theIslamic Waqf of Maryland (IWM), which is a management services organization formed by theIslamic Center of Maryland (ICM), theIslamic Society of Frederick (ISF), and theIslamic Society of Western Maryland (ISWMD).

Size and Land: AFMG occupies a10-acre blockthat was carved out of a larger100-acre parcel of landowned by the IWM.

Completion Date: The AFMG project wascompleted in November 2008.

Management: The gardens aremanaged and operated by the IWM.
