The ISB Community Health Clinic is excited to announce the launch of a physical therapy program for the community.
The Clinic has partnered with Ms. Shahida Suleman, PT, to provide low-cost physical therapy to all adults 18+. This includes all insured and uninsured individuals!
Pricing is as follows:
$25 per 30-minute session.
$50 per 60-minute session.
