Join us Friday, May 3rd to welcome our Guest Scholar, Mufti Azeemuddin Ahmed, from DarusSalam Chicago!
Azeemuddin Ahmed serves as director of Masjid DarusSalam. He was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. At a tender age, he memorized the Holy Qurn. Thereafter, he traveled to South Africa where he studied a rigorous eight-year limiyyah and ift course. During his studies, he was blessed with the opportunity to spend extensive time in the company of one of the worlds elite jurists and scholars. After graduating with top honors from South Africa, he went on to earn a BA in Psychology from Elmhurst College. He served as the director of AIA Masjid in Frankfort, Illinois from 2006 to 2012.
Azeemuddins dedication and passion for Islmic education is unparalleled. He is continuously in the service of both scholars and students. An individual with sincere love for scholarship, he strives to ensure that everyone at the institute is well and benefiting from the program. His love and enthusiasm bring the classes he teaches to life, every class conveys priceless points that enrich and benefit those in attendance. As well, he serves as an associate Imm at Masjid DarusSalam.

Join Kent State Universitys Students for Justice in Palestine and other student organizations as they commemorate the events of May 4th by standing in solidarity with Palestine. These student activists call for recognition and condemnation of the ongoing genocide against Palestinians. They demand that KSU uphold its values by divesting from weapons manufacturers and military contractors complicit in oppression.
Join this peaceful protest to honor the May 4th martyrs and advocate for justice. Additionally, sign the petition above urging Kent State to divest from all weapons manufacturers and to call for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza.

ISAK is proud to announcethe 2024 Sports Summer Camp! Youth will build knowledge and engage in team building activities, all while building a connection with their peers and the ISAK center.Camp will be from June 3 to June 27 Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm. Youth must be between the ages of 7 and 17 and must be registered prior to camp to attend.

The ISAK Youth Program will be hosting a Picnic in the pavilion on Saturday, May 4, following the Dhuhr prayer. The picnic will be a fantastic opportunity for youth to bond, relax, and enjoy delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere.**This event will include Potluck so feel free to bring food if youd like!**This event is only open to those aged 13 and above.
