LEARN ABOUT THE HADITH OF PROPHET ISA (AS) AND ENJOY A COMMUNITY POTLUCK!
We are thrilled to invite you to join us next Friday, December 22, 2023, for a special event hosted by the IOST. Prepare to be enlightened as Mufti Yaseen Shaikh, the esteemed Imam of the Islamic Society of Baltimore, delivers a powerful presentation in the evening. The topic he will be covering? The Teachings of Prophet Isa (AS). It's fascinating to note that there are numerous authentic hadiths attributed to Prophet Isa, and Mufti Yaseen Shaikh will delve into their significance and relevance, providing both knowledge and inspiration. Furthermore, we have arranged a concurrent children's program downstairs during this time, so our younger community members can engage andlearn in a fun-filled setting. Stay tuned for more forthcoming details next week, as we continue to plan and organize this memorable event, inshallah. We can't wait to have you be a part of it!
COMMUNITY POTLUCK THIS FRIDAY AT 6 PM
BRING A DISH TO SHARE WITH OTHERS
We are pleased to inform you that our community will be hosting a potluck event this Friday at 6 pm, and we would like to extend an invitation for you to join us. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow community members and share delicious food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. To make this event a success, we kindly ask thatyou bring a dish to share with others. It can be anything from a main course, a side dish, or even a delightful dessert. We look forward to seeing you there and embracing the spirit of unity and camaraderie within our community.
DONATE TOWARDS NEW MASJID AUDIO SYSTEM
Alhamdulillah, the IOST building is over 20 years old, and many aspects need to be updated. Our current microphone system is not working correctly, and we are in need of replacing the microphone system to include louder speaker strategically placed. IOST is currently raising funds for this endeavor, and Alhamdulillah we are close to our goal with only $1,000 remaining. Please consider making a donation by clicking the button below. This is an excellent opportunity to donate to a sadaqah-jaariya project.
