POLICY ON VISITORS- A Message from the Board
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah,
In the last week, we have noticed unannounced visitors to the masjid. While non-Muslim guests are welcome to visit the masjid to learn about Islam, we ask that they do so accompanied by a Muslim in the community or they should schedule a visit using a form on our website. These steps are taken as safety precautions for the community. We request your help in the following ways:
- If you see a visitor (or group visiting), politely ask whether they have an appointment to meet someone. If not, please direct them to schedule a visit using the Visitor Request Form: https://www.icbcs.org/mosque-visit-tour/
- Please ask your children, including youth, to immediately alert you or any adult brother or sister if a stranger tries to talk to them or question them.
