In The Name of Almighty Allah, the Most Beneficent, and the Most Merciful**
It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of
Br. Adnan M. Alsaffar
**of Bethesda, MD, who passed away at home on February 14, 2024.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Lauri. He is predeceased by his first wife, Renate. He also leaves his son Heyder (Amy) of Highland Village, TX, and grandchildren Brock, Chailie, Zeke, and Max; his daughter, Cynthia OMahony (Sean) of Dublin, Ireland, and grandchildren Sadhbh, Eoghan, and Liam; stepson Scott Morrow (Jen) of Vienna, VA, step grandchildren Ethan and Tess, stepdaughter Melanie Lutz (Rodney) of Raleigh, NC, and step grandchildren Peyton and Tori. He also leaves many beloved family members abroad.**
**Salaat-ul Janaza will be held on Friday, February 16, after juma prayer, 1:15 pm at:
