**Obituary
Sr. Atiat Mahmoud Shosha, a long standing senior of our ICCP community, passed away on January 9th in Greenville, North Carolina. A native of Egypt, Sr. Atiat attended ICCP from 2018-2021 while she lived with her daughter Amani Elkassabany, who can be contacted at [email protected] A Khatm Quran is planned by the family on January 27 at ICCP, iA.
We pray for Sr. Atiat to be entered into the gardens of paradise, insha'Allah.**

Green Team Hikes
Monthly After Fajr Hikes
The Green Team has started organizing hikes on the first Saturday of every month where we leave from ICCP right after Fajr prayers. We will post details about each upcoming hike in the ICCP weekly newsletter, and on the Seniors & Green Volunteers WhatsApp groups as well as the Green Team instagram. These walks will be relatively short ones of a little over an hour.
We will also plan longer walks/hikes on other dates when the weather warms up in the Spring. These will be based on community input such as preferred dates, times, duration and intensity. They will also be announced via the above methods.
