Ramadan Reflections: A Grateful Eid!
Dear Community Member,
As the sacred month of Ramadan draws to a close and we step into Shawwal, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you. This Eid witnessed perhaps the largest gathering in Gainesvilles history, necessitating a second Eid Jamaah to accommodate the enthusiastic crowd. Our immense appreciation goes out to the Eid management committee at ICCG for orchestrating Eid day with top-notch sound systems, entertainment for all ages, and an abundance of delectable food . We also express our gratitude to Dr. Mutaz, who led us in the Eid prayer with his impeccable recitation and delivered a focused khutbah.

Successful Eid Carnival
Dear Community Member,
Pls join us to thank the amazing organizers and volunteers of the Eid Carnival24 in Gainesville. The Eid Carnival has been a huge success; we believe everyone had a blast celebrating with family and friends. From the delicious food from the food trucks to the exciting activities, it was clear that a lot of hard work went into planning every detail.
It's not just about the food, games, and festivities but also about bringing people together to celebrate and learn about Islamic culture and traditions. The Eid Carnival is the perfect opportunity for kids and parents alike to have a blast, make new friends, and create lasting memories. We love that it's become a "conversation starter" for our kids, allowing them to share their experiences with their friends/teachers in school and learn new things.
We especially thank Sister Wafaa Ateyah, Brothers Yusuf Mehkri, Sajid Hasan, and Mohammed Rasheed for going above and beyond to make the Eid Carnival a success. Thank you for your dedication and hard work. We can't wait to see what you have in store for us next year!
