The Facts!

Dear ICCD community members,

AssalamuAlaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuh

I am writing to you as a concerned citizen who cares about the truth and the well-being of our ICCD community. I am sure you have noticed that there are some people who are spreading lies and propaganda about various issues that affect us all by calling community members by phone or in person.

These people are using different tactics to manipulate our emotions, polarize our opinions, discredit our sources, and troll our discussions. They are creating confusion, distrust, and division among us, and undermining our democracy and our values.

I urge you to be vigilant and critical when you encounter such misinformation and disinformation.

• Do not believe everything you see or hear without verifying the facts and the sources.

• Do not let your fears or prejudices cloud your judgment or prevent you from listening to different perspectives.

• Do not let your anger or frustration lead you to engage in hateful or violent actions.

• Do not let your apathy or cynicism make you give up on your civic duties or your community involvement to protect the house of Allah.

Instead, I encourage you to seek out reliable and credible information from various sources, especially those that are independent and unbiased.

O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done.

Let me share with you some facts to clear the air: The Active Board of Directors Are:

On December 27, 2023 the ex-officio named above called a meeting, and the 3 bottom directors name listed above attended the private meeting, the meeting Chair was the terminated director Razziuddin. In this private meeting:

• They fabricated documents changing board officers' positions to look like board meeting documents without board approval, which is a clear fraud.

• They went to Br. Farooqie house, screamed at him and forced him to sign the fabricated documents.(according to Br. Farooqie statement). Which is a clear assault violation.

• They gave Br. Farooqie a note and forced him to read it while recording a video of him, which is a clear disrespect to our ICCD Founder.

• They submitted the fabricated documents to the Illinois Secretary of State office and changed board officers' positions, which is a clear crime.

• They also submitted the fabricated documents to the bank and hijacked the ICCD organization bank accounts to control the board, which is a clear Federal crime.

When the legal department at the bank found out what happened, the bank placed a hold on all the ICCD bank accounts to protect the accounts till further investigation. (Accounts are frozen).

The above activities by the x-officio and the 3 board members were reported to the Des Plaines Police Department. A Detective has been assigned to the case to investigate.

The x-officio and 3 directors are not yet satisfied, they hijacked the ICCD website domain, they corrupted the ICCD organization email system, and to top it all they hired a lawyer and are threatening now to file a lawsuit against the board and the ICCD organization. Astaghferu Allah.

Finally, I encourage you to think for yourself and form your own opinions based on evidence and reason. I encourage you to communicate respectfully and constructively with others, especially those who disagree with you. I encourage you to participate actively and peacefully in our democratic processes and our community activities.

I notified the the CIOGC with up to date information about the situation. I want to assure you all that I am working hard with the financial services to make sure our ICCD employees and the school staff payroll get paid on time, and that all overhead expenses of the masjid and utilities bills are paid on time, and the financial assistance to the needy of our community.

We are stronger together when we are informed, engaged, and united. We can overcome the challenges we face when we are honest, compassionate, and cooperative. We can make our community a better place when we are responsible, respectful, and supportive.

May Allah protect us and protect our ICCD community from the evil eye and all other evils, and may He bless our ICCD community and the Muslim Ummah at large with peace, happiness, and prosperity.

ICCD Computer Lab is Open

Computer lab isa space where computer services are provided to a defined community members, our youth will take the most advantage of this opportunity to meet and share ideas, help each other studying and learning.
