Islamic Center of Northeast Valley (Scottsdale Masjid) seeks a full-time Imam with a solid Islamic foundation, leadership skills, and a self-starter mentality.
Qualifications: Degree in Islamic Education, Hafiz with Quranic recitation skills, fluency in English and Arabic, and effective oratory skills.
Responsibilities include leading prayers, khutbahs, lectures, providing Islamic and Arabic education, organizing religious and non-religious programs, and fostering community engagement.
The Imam will maintain regular office hours, offer counseling, participate in interfaith activities, and promote community unity.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in North America or Europe.
Work visa will be processed for qualified candidates.

Summer '24 Camp-
Calling the youth to join our summer 24 program which will be focused around the life of our beloved prophet aswell as encouraging personal development such as personal hygiene and Islamic morals. Fun and engaging activities like plantpot creating have been included to enable a holistic learning environment. Lunch will also be provided.
The dates are as follows:
Camp 1: May 27th till June 11th for ages 6 to 10
Camp 2: June 19th to July 4th for ages 11 to 15
Time: 10am till 3pm, Monday to Thursday

ICNEV Learning Center presents: Summer Quran Intensive Program @ ICNEV
12 sessions: Monday to Thursday from July 1st till 18th, 10am till 1pm.
$150
A Summer Quran intensive for the youth to engage with the words of Allah SWT in a fun and engaging environment along with short Islamic studies sessions as well as activity based learning. There will be different tracks based on the abilities of the children.
Track 1: Focus will be on perfecting letter and vowel recognition. The aim is to develop student's reading ability
Track 2: Focus will be on memorizing the Surahs of Juz Ammah. (Ability to read is a prerequisite)
Track 3: Focus will be on memorizing larger portions of the Quran such as Surah Mulk (Ability to read and memorize Juz Ammah is a prerequisite)
Track 4: Learn to read the Quran in 12 sessions- A dedicated crash course for ages 16-25 to be able to read the Quran in 12 sessions. These sessions will be in the evening from 6:30 pm till 8 pm

Quran Academy is designed to teach, improve, and enhance Quran reading skills for kids of all levels and ages.
Sr. Shaima Khairi who is an experienced teacher at ICNEV Weekend School, is the administrative head of Quran Academy. We have a dedicated team of qualified teachers and assistants who are running this program for a couple of months now.
There are two main programs at Quran Academy.
1. Quran Reading Weekly Wed, Thurs, Fri (once a week is also an option)
2. Quran Memorization Weekly Wed, Thurs, Sat, Sun
