Weather Advisory: Snow and Ice Conditions

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

_Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatu Allah wa Barkatuh,_Masjed As-Saber

Most of you are aware that snow and ice are expected in the upcoming days. The safety and well-being of our community are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that everyone is informed and prepared for the inclement weather.

Based on the latest forecasts, we anticipate this weekend to be affected by snow and icy conditions due to below freezing temperatures. In light of this, we would like to encourage our community members to Pray at home if commuting to the masjid would be dangerous for you. The masjid will more than likely combine Thuhur and Asr, Maghrib and Isha if conditions turn out to be less than ideal, but the Masjid will be open. The parking lot will be closed due to the difficulty and danger of driving up the parking lot entrance.    

We urge you to stay safe, continue to monitor road conditions and not take any unnecessary risks during these conditions.
